These Terms control how you use the Radiantcoastlodge website and any booking, service or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please leave the site unused.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant only for adult guests aged 18 and over. Confirming your age on the entry page means you state that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification when you arrive.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every booking depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless we agree otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows pay for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay when a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, harms property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our grounds follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to keep the environment safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Radiantcoastlodge or its licensors and is covered by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This site may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or accept responsibility for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
